  zero stars...i have been trying to get in touch with someone to do a homestudy for me as i am trying to adopt my grandchildren who are currently in texas in foster care...all you get are options for child abuse and medicade...and then you get put on hold with a bunch of beeps and no one answers...seriously South Carolina, hire someone who takes pride in the job and not just looking for a paycheck and could careless about anyone but themselves...
